Bapcor New Zealand's BNT Ashburton branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone, helping them find the right vehicle parts.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings; you’ll upsell, pack orders, and build strong customer relationships while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry a big plus).
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills advantageous).
• Genuine interest in cars or parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.
• Team-first approach and collaboration.
