Job summary

Global Wave Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be office-based in Albany, Auckland. You will handle inquiries via online chat and email, coordinate with internal teams, and support the sales staff with daily tasks.

Candidates with customer service experience and multilingual abilities are preferred, with a willingness to work non-standard New Zealand hours in a fast-growing international business. On-site parking and staff pantry are provided.

Customer Service Representative – Global Wave Group

Reports to: Customer Service Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, assisting clients with issues and questions.


• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.


• Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus.


• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Korean, Malay or Indian.

• Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives.


• Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
