New Zealand Post in Palmerston North is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our retail team. You will help customers with postage queries, parcel pickups and drop offs, and NZTA transactions, while staying on your feet for the shift and lifting up to 25kg.

The role offers a 36-hour week across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with a supportive, values-driven workplace. We look for reliable transport, strong problem-solving skills, and confidence engaging with people face
