Job summary

KiwiQuest is seeking a Customer Service and Ground Operations Crew member to support Mount Cook Ski Planes and Helicopters in a fast-paced alpine tourism setting.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling bookings and payments, briefing on safety and weather, loading passengers and cargo, and maintaining clean, welcoming customer areas.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability and an adaptable, energetic attitude.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Commitment to health, safety and outstanding guest experiences.
• Knowledge of the local area or willingness to learn.
