Job summary

The New Zealand Automobile Association (AA) is seeking a Customer Sales Consultant for our Albert Street AA Centre in Auckland. You will welcome visitors, identify customer needs, and tailor AA products to deliver great outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will rely on proven sales experience to achieve KPIs, communicate confidently with a diverse range of customers, and work as a proactive team member. Bilingual candidates are preferred and encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As the face of the AA for Albert Street, you will be offering a customer‑centric approach to everyone who visits our AA centre. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying customer needs and providing them with the right AA products, ensuring great customer outcomes in a fast‑paced retail environment, and be involved in a variety of tasks that includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.
