You’ll have experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows desktop operating systems, identity and access management, and collaboration tools, with a passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer

Qualifikationen

• Genuine interest in technology and desire to develop a career in IT service management.
• 1-3 years' experience in a service desk, IT support, or customer support environment
• Exposure to enterprise or business applications and ITSM tools.

Aufgaben

• Log, prioritise, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITSM processes.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve application-related incidents.
• Identify recurring incidents and contribute to problem management activities.
