Job summary

New Zealand Defence Force in Auckland’s Devonport region is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support NZDF personnel with timely, accurate, customer-centred shared services. You will liaise across units, multitask effectively, and help with housing, amenities, medals, registry, mail services and Imprest onsite at Devonport Naval Base.

Join a team focused on continuous improvement, strong relationships and delivering high levels of service. A NZ driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in customer service and administration.
• Proven interpersonal skills, with an ability to tailor communication as required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• A full clean NZ driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support NZDF personnel with timely, accurate shared services.
• Liaise across units and levels to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Multitask effectively to maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Onsite duties across housing, amenities, medals, registry, mail services and Imprest.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service delivery.
