Job summary

ACC is seeking an entry-level Customer Experience Representative in Waikato. You’ll be one of the first voices in the recovery journey, handling inbound calls and providing the right information and support.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities, including emails and live chat. You must have NZ work rights and be comfortable with sensitive conversations, time management, and using new systems.
