Bluecurrent is seeking a Customer Delivery Representative to join our Avondale team in Auckland. In this role you will be at the centre of day-to-day operations, supporting your team, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth flow of work from start to finish.

You’ll bring experience in customer service or fast-paced environments, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, a call centre, administration, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams) are essential.
• Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and juggle multiple competing demands.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where meeting KPIs and SLAs is a key requirement.
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organised and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• A problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in the electricity industry or working with electricity retailers would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer and internal queries in a timely and professional way.
• Coordinate and manage incoming tasks, making sure they are assigned and completed on time.
• Collaborate closely with team members to keep workflows running smoothly.
