Datacom, based in Wellington, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for a fixed-term role ending May 2027. The role focuses on ensuring contracted services are delivered per agreements, acting as the customer contact for service delivery, and supporting both customers and internal delivery teams.

Candidates should have around 1 year in IT, with exposure to ITIL, ServiceNow, and reporting tools like Power BI. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of IT experience, preferably in IT managed services.
• Experience with service delivery, SLA conformance, contracts, reporting and invoicing.
• Ability to work with internal teams and present service updates to clients.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracted services to ensure alignment with contracts.
• Act as a single point of contact for customers on service delivery.
• Support Service Delivery Managers and customers end-to-end.
• Assist with reporting, invoicing and service performance data.
• Contribute to continual service improvement and innovation.
