Description

About Us

At Datacom, we combine technology, expertise, and talented people to help organisations thrive in a rapidly changing world. As one of Australasia's leading technology providers, we work with customers across industries to solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.

The role is based in Wellington and may require you to work on customer site.

What You Will Do

At the moment, as Service Delivery Coordinator you will be focused on:

  • Contract and commercial management

What You Will Bring

You’ll be passionate about customer experience, be organised, and bring experience with service delivery, SLA conformance, customer contracts, service reporting, invoicing or billing analysis, customer relationship management, presenting service updates to clients, and working with internal delivery teams and Service Delivery Managers.

Ideally you’ll have a good grasp of service management methodologies including ITIL, along with a sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks. Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot or Power Automate, including awareness of security considerations, and writing reports in Power BI will be an advantage. You will have excellent verbal and written communication and your customer relationship building and management skills will be second to none.
