Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in Customer Support, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A genuine drive to put the customer first.
• Great written and verbal communication - confident on the phone or Zoom.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and self-motivation.
• Tech support experience a plus but not required, you will be fully trained.
