BNT is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland team. In this full-time role, you’ll assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone, helping them select the right car parts and solutions. Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings.

You’ll bring customer service experience, basic Excel skills, and a passion for cars. We value teamwork, accuracy, and a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is preferred.
• Basic Excel and computer skills are required.
• Genuine interest in cars or parts.
• Fast-paced environment requires accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade customers at counter and over the phone.
• Help customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately.
