Maritime NZ is seeking a Culture & Capability Coordinator for a fixed-term, 6-month assignment based in Wellington. You will coordinate culture and capability activities, support learning initiatives, and assist the C&C Manager with financial administration and invoices.
You’ll be exceptionally organized, proactive, able to juggle priorities, and comfortable working independently. Experience with budgets, purchasing, and Learning Management Systems (Te Waka Ako) is desirable.

As our Culture&Çicapability Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of keeping our team running smoothly. No two days are the same. You'll juggle a variety of competing priorities while providing coordination, administrative, financial, and learning support across a wide range of initiatives. We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be asked. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, spot potential issues early, and take ownership for ensuring things get done
Please note that this role is Wellington-based, and applications will only be considered from candidates who are currently based in Wellington or have confirmed plans to relocate to Wellington

Salary range $67,942 – 82,407 pa pro-rated depending on skills and experience + superannuation.
