Job summary

System C is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate delivery across Australia and New Zealand, uniting customers, partners and System C teams into a single aligned programme. The role focuses on integration, risk and governance in a complex, multi-organisational environment.

You will manage cross-organisational delivery plans, facilitate governance forums, and provide clear health reporting to executives.

• Experience in partner or vendor management.
• Programme integration and delivery assurance experience.
• Senior stakeholder engagement experience.
• Governance and executive reporting experience.
• Risk, issue and dependency management experience.
• Negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strategic planning and coordination abilities.
• Influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans across System C, partners and customer teams.
• Coordinate workstreams, milestones and dependencies across multiple organisations.
• Establish effective joint governance and ensure actions and decisions are followed through.
• Maintain oversight of programme-level risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
• Provide clear programme health reporting to executive and steering committee stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning sessions, programme reviews, workshops and governance forums.
• Resolve cross-organisational delivery challenges and areas of misalignment.
• Build trusted relationships across customer, partner and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen delivery processes and ways of working.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of our partner delivery approach across Australia and New Zealand.
