Job summary

Accenture NZ seeks an experienced SAP Project Systems Manager to lead the delivery of SAP PS and CO across complex transformation programs in New Zealand. You will work with stakeholders, project teams, architects, and cross-functional leaders to design, implement, and optimise SAP solutions that enhance project visibility, financial control, and operational performance.

The role requires deep SAP PS/CO expertise, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record delivering SAP

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP PS and SAP CO.
• Extensive experience in project costing, budgeting, forecasting, settlements, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP PS/CO and SAP FI, MM, SD, PM.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing project delivery across large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• SAP certifications will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP PS and CO across SAP transformation programs.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery activities from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design integrated SAP solutions supporting project costing, budgeting, forecasting, settlements, and reporting processes.
• Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, fit-to-standard discussions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to SAP consultants and project team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities and industry-leading practices.
• Support project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposals, solution estimations, and SAP practice capability development.
