We are recruiting Recovery Administrators to join our team based in Hamilton. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support that helps ACC deliver services to people recovering from injury.
Depending on business needs, you'll work across a range of administration workstreams. This could include coordinating referrals and support services, communicating with providers, sourcing and compiling information, or supporting responses to official and client information requests. The specific workstream connected to this vacancy will be discussed with shortlisted candidates prior to interview.
Through accurate, timely and customer-focused administration, you'll play an important part in helping people access the support they need and progress their recovery. You'll join a supportive team environment where full training is provided, giving you the opportunity to build your skills, develop your career and make a meaningful contribution from day one.
The role has a set start date of 23 November 2026 and requires set working hours during the initial training period. Hours will be discussed during the interview process to ensure alignment with availability.
The appointing salary for this role is $60,486 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
