Bay of Plenty Cricket Association seeks an experienced Cricket Manager to lead representative cricket programmes, coach development and operations across the Bay of Plenty. You will work with coaches, volunteers, clubs and schools to ensure plans are well structured and deliver positive experiences for participants.

Reporting to the General Manager, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, balancing programme planning, budgeting, facilities and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of BOP representative cricket programmes.
• Develop programme plans, budgets and operational frameworks – Manage facilities, resources, logistics and tournament delivery.
• Recruit, support and develop representative coaches.
• Lead coach development initiatives across the wider Bay of Plenty cricket community.
• Build strong relationships with clubs, schools and key stakeholders.
• Monitor programme quality, participant experience and programme outcomes.
• Ensure programmes meet safeguarding, governance and compliance requirements.

Cricket Manager - Bay of Plenty Cricket Association

Bay of Plenty Cricket is seeking an experienced and passionate Cricket Manager to provide leadership across the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of representative cricket programmes, and coach development throughout the Bay of Plenty. This is an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping representative cricket and coaching across the Bay of Plenty.

Working alongside coaches, volunteers, clubs, schools and key stakeholders, you will help ensure our programmes are well planned, well supported and deliver positive experiences for participants.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Cricket Manager will lead representative cricket operations across the Bay of Plenty, with responsibility for programme planning, delivery, coach development and operational oversight.

This hybrid role works across BOP, onsite at cricketing venues around BOP, and from home. We are flexible in terms of the person's home-office location.

Key Responsibilities
