Job summary

PlaceMakers is seeking an experienced Credit Administrator to join the Credit Management team in Penrose, Auckland. This role provides end-to-end credit administration across the network, supporting branches and customers in a multi-site environment.

You will process payments, perform reconciliations, and work with Credit Controllers to improve debtor performance. The position is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) based in our Penrose office.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit administration, accounts receivable, or credit control.
• Ability to manage trade accounts, allocations and reconciliations.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared accounts inboxes and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain customer account data, including credit limits and updates.
• Assist with new account applications and credit checks.
• Build strong relationships with branches and customers and provide exceptional service.
