Job summary

Ministry of Justice in Auckland is seeking a Court Registry Support Officer – Justice Service Criminal for the District Court, Manukau. This permanent, full-time role supports day-to-day court operations, assists Registry Officers and judges, and provides customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient customer service.
• Support Judges and Court Registry Officers in and out of the courtroom.

• Support jury service and jurors during trial hearings.
• Provide general admin support including photocopying, scanning and filing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and evidence exhibits.
• Data entry and support for diverse customers.
