This is a national sales leadership position with a highly regarded global medical technology organisation.
Working alongside an experienced senior leader, you will be responsible for an established orthopaedics sales team, with a strong focus on commercial performance, people development and customer engagement.
This is much more than managing numbers.
We are looking for someone who understands what exceptional performance looks like in orthopaedics and can create the environment for others to perform at that level as well.
Orthopaedic sales experience is essential.
You will have built a strong track record selling within the orthopaedic market and understand the hospital, theatre and surgeon environment.
