Job summary

Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking a proactive Corporate Concierge to join the team in Auckland, supporting One New Zealand. Based at the client’s premier corporate offices, you’ll welcome visitors, manage registrations, coordinate meetings and help run events in a dynamic, professional environment.

You’ll bring a minimum of two years in corporate hospitality or reception roles, exceptional presentation, strong multitasking, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality, events and/or Reception roles.
• Very high standard of personal presentation.
• Superior multitasking and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with room booking software preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong administration skills.
• A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional, first-class arrival experience.
• Manage visitor registrations, access requirements and host notifications.
• Liaise with employees, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a polished, organised and welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate meeting-room bookings and assist visitors to meeting spaces.
• Support event set-up and pack-down activities.
• Complete reception administration, reporting and record management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the site, key contacts and workplace services.
• Support compliance with Canon and One New Zealand health, safety and security requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider workplace and facilities teams.
