As part of a small tight knit team, the Coordinator People Support is responsible for providing high-quality HR coordination for Fire and Emergency New Zealand.

This is a fixed term position or secondment opportunity from 19 October 2026 – 25 March 2027.
Use your foundational knowledge of HR, eye for detail, and initiative to make a real difference in our team and wider organisation. We are looking for a flexible and detail-oriented individual to work in a faced paced team with a focus on continuous improvement. You will have experience in high volume administrative or coordination work. It would be essential to have previous exposure to HR principals.

The salary range for this role is $67,027 - $74,475 (pro-rata) dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
