  • Managing exit interviews and ensuring a professional, respectful wrap‑up for departing team members.
  • Assisting with People & Capability projects and improvements, contributing ideas and helping lift how we operate.
Skills and Experience:
  • HR coordination experience or solid admin background, ideally within a People & Culture team.
  • Construction experience or time spent in a fast‑paced operational environment is a strong advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy - you like to keep things tidy.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Clear, confident communicator who builds rapport easily across all levels.
  • Practical problem solver with a can‑do approach.
  • Friendly, engaging, and genuinely keen to help people do their best work.
What we offer:
  • Competitive remuneration package.
  • Opportunities to work on exciting, complex, and award‑winning projects that you’ll actually be proud of.
  • A positive, collaborative workplace culture where good humour and good work go hand in hand.
  • Health and wellbeing support, including access to EAP services when you need it.
