Job summary

Datacom is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst on a fixed term contract through to the end of November. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing high quality IT support and customer service using ServiceNow and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using ServiceNow in a service desk or IT support environment.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts.
• Team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Calm and composed under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line IT support to users via various channels.
• Log, triage and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Follow ITIL processes and escalate where needed.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Work on internal project tasks and support requirements as needed.
