We have an exciting fixed term contract opportunity (through to end of November) for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team on an Internal Project. As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact, providing high quality technical support and customer service. Utilising ServiceNow as our core ITSM platform, you’ll log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests while following ITIL processes. No two days will be the same — you’ll be proactively problem solving issues as they come your way.

Due to client clearance requirements full New Zealand working rights are required.
You will be required to be flexible to work weekends and public holidays. Our day shifts can be between Monday and Sunday 6am - 7pm.
