Qualifications
- IT-related qualification or degree and a curious mindset.
- Experience with Microsoft tech (SharePoint, Power Platform).
- Knowledge of SQL/Dataverse/Snowflake and data modelling.
- Familiarity with DevOps, agile delivery, and operations support.
- Strong documentation skills across diagrams and docs.
- Scripting experience (Python/PowerShell) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure internal business solutions.
- Develop automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and platform services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps and diagrams.
- Follow DevOps, security, privacy, and service-management best practices.
