Job summary

Badger Communcations – Auckland, North Island is seeking an account-management professional to run day-to-day client accounts, brief teams, and track project progress. You will be the main client contact, ensuring briefs are understood and jobs are on track.

Hybrid, contract role with 10–25 hours per week to start; potential to grow into full-time. You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets and approvals while maintaining strong client relationships in a small senior-led studio.

Qualifications

• Ideally worked in an agency before.
• Strong written communication skills for clients and partners.
• Notice detail and enjoy being on top of it.
• Comfortable talking with clients in cafes or boardrooms.

Responsibilities

• Keep jobs, timelines and budgets moving in WorkflowMax and manage the invoicing that goes with them through Xero.
• Be fluent in everyday tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, shared drives.
• Deal with media partners on bookings and delivery.
• Write social content for clients, mostly on Meta.
