Job summary

Surround Media Ltd is a Christchurch based media company specialising in instore advertising and music. We seek a Production & Media Coordinator to work remotely, ideally from Auckland, part-time (8–20 hrs/week) with travel within the Auckland area as needed.

You’ll assist with writing instore campaigns, editing audio, and coordinating with clients to deliver final audio to sites. The role supports our Production Manager and may include voicing scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Media, Production or Advertising.
• Strong organisational skills and work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Experience in audio production and Adobe Audition or similar.
• Own PC/laptop and home studio setup preferred.
• Vehicle access for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager with workload and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with clients from brief to finished audio, updating on progress.
• Write instore commercials based on briefs; possibly voice and edit audio with client approvals.
• Coordinate last-minute changes with Technical Manager for sites.
• Manage media files and content libraries per company protocols.
• Track deliverables and production activities.
• Provide technical support and travel to Auckland sites as needed.
