Job summary

Artistry Studio t/a The Art Precinct in Auckland, New Zealand, seeks a Studio & Artist Liaison Coordinator to manage the studio space, coordinate artist and client visits, and oversee website product listings with AR integration.

You will work closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager, coordinating studio events, maintaining strong artist relationships, and ensuring premium, white-glove experiences for clients and interior designers.

Qualifications

• Background in retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment with a service ethic.
• Comfortable with AR tools and everyday computer skills (email, calendar, spreadsheets).
• Experience managing website content on an e-commerce or CMS platform.
• Natural sense of style and affinity with premium aesthetics.
• Passion for the arts industry and daily immersion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain studio as a polished, gallery-standard space for events and visits.
• Coordinate studio events, VIP vernissages, and exhibitions in line with brand themes.
• Prepare studio ahead of client visits (B2C & B2B) and ensure AR demonstration readiness.
• Build relationships with artists and manage artwork delivery, rotation, and inventory.
• Own website product management, listings, pricing, and imagery; coordinate with design team.
• Follow up on website sales inquiries and qualified leads with the sales team.
