Job summary

Archway Recruitment is partnering with a growing specialist consultancy working across a diverse range of construction and development projects throughout New Zealand. We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to a team of technical specialists.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will help ensure the team stays well organised, meeting deadlines and producing high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or project administration.
• Strong Microsoft Word and MS Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Enjoy working with documentation and producing high‑quality materials.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format and proofread reports, proposals, and minutes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers.
• Track project actions, deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain project records and electronic filing.
• Assist with consent documentation and application processes.
• Support invoicing, fee administration and data entry.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Office support including reception cover and visitor management.
• Assist with wider business tasks like ordering supplies and catering.
