Job summary

OneStaff is seeking experienced Construction Workers to support residential, commercial, and civil projects across New Zealand. You will assist trades, handle materials, and help keep sites safe and efficient.

Candidates should have 12 months of hands-on construction experience, readiness to work across multiple environments, and a willingness to travel. NZ citizen/resident or valid work visa holders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' hands-on construction experience.
• Experience across building, carpentry, commercial, civil, finishing trades.
• Strong physical fitness and teamwork.
• Commitment to health and safety on-site.
• Willingness to travel across New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general building and construction work.
• Support builders, carpenters, and site teams.
• Handle site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Follow site plans and instructions.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
• Assist with groundwork, formwork prep, and site support.
• Travel to various locations as required.
