Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

About the Role

Our client, a leading construction and project management firm, is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Construction Manager to oversee a range of significant projects in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This role is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage site operations, lead construction teams, and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities for various projects.

Requirements

• A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legislation.
