Qualifications

• Broad administration experience or strong interest in developing administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Design and Delivery teams.
• Learn and support the Network Ready connections process.
• Monitor office and work request inboxes.
• Set up new work requests in the works management system.
• Raise Purchase Orders for project work.
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Liaise with other Feisst Group branches for administrative support.
• Support Coordinators with scheduling, documentation and project requirements.
• Uphold Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
