• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Liaise with other NPE-Tech branches to provide admin support.
• Support Coordinators with scheduling, documentation and project needs.
• Uphold Health, Safety and Environmental standards at all times.

You will learn our “Network Ready” process, support our coordinators, and gain hands‑on experience across administration, customer interactions, and work management systems. As a cadet, you will receive full training and ongoing support to grow into a skilled Connections Coordinator.

Some Key Tasks Include:

• Providing general administrative support to the Design and Delivery teams
• Learning and supporting the “Network Ready” connections process
• Assisting with monitoring office and work request inboxes
• Setting up new work requests in our works management system
• Raising Purchase Orders for project work
• Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Liaising with other NPE-Tech branches to provide administrative support
