Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Design and Delivery teams.
• Learn and support the Network Ready connections process.
• Monitor office and work request inboxes and respond as needed.
• Set up new work requests in the works management system.
• Raise Purchase Orders for project work and manage paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Liaise with other NPE-Tech branches to provide admin support.
• Support Coordinators with scheduling, documentation and project needs.
• Uphold Health, Safety and Environmental standards at all times.
