Qualifications

• High standard of safety.
• Good sense of humor; adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work legally in NZ (residency or valid work visa).

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the contract team.
• Manage assets and data.
• Gather information and produce detailed construction estimates.
• Administer and report on contract-related materials; work under supervision.
• Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Study towards a NZ Diploma in Engineering (Civil).
• Undertake unscheduled work to assist the team.
• Monitor task progress and address issues.
• Issue instructions to teams.
• Supervise site construction work against standards.
• Report on financial status and task progress.
• Assist with traffic management planning and compliance.
• Assist the team in the field with physical work.
