Job summary

Pact Group in Wellington (Upper Hutt team) is seeking casual Disability Support Workers to provide flexible day, evening, weekend, awake-night, and sleepover shifts. You’ll support people to reach personal goals, participate in activities, and build life skills in a supportive role.

About the Role

We currently have casual positions available (as and when required), offering a wide variety of day, evening, weekend, awake‑night, and sleepover shifts. Because this is a casual support work role, you’ll need to be comfortable picking up short‑notice shifts from time to time — perfect for someone who values flexibility and enjoys work that’s never the same two days in a row. In this role, you'll support people as they explore their community, discover new interests, strengthen life skills, and work toward personal goals. Make a real difference in someone’s life every day — no two days are the same. Join a supportive team, earn while you learn, and build a meaningful career in disability support.

In this role, you will:
