Job summary

Pact Group is seeking a full-time community support worker to help people in the community set goals, grow life skills, and engage in daily activities. You will join a supportive Wanaka team and work Sunday to Thursday 7am–3pm, building confidence and ensuring people feel valued.

We offer development support after six months, long-service benefits, NZQA Level 3 qualification encouragement, confidential Employee Assistance Programme, and a pay rate of NZD 26.80–31.47 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-timecommunity support worker who is ready to make a genuine impact. In this role, you'll support people as they explore their community, discover new interests, strengthen life skills, and work toward personal goals. In this role, you will:

• Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress
• And most importantly, ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!

In this role, weekend availability is a must as the current shifts required are Sunday to Thursday 7am - 3pm
