Pact Group in Wellington (Upper Hutt team) is seeking casual Disability Support Workers to provide flexible day, evening, weekend, awake-night, and sleepover shifts. You’ll support people to reach personal goals, participate in activities, and build life skills in a supportive role.

We offer development opportunities, six-month qualification support, long-service benefits, and an Employee Assistance Programme. NZ work rights are required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Calm, positive approach, even when things get challenging.
• Genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Full driver’s licence and basic computer skills.
• Level 3 Health & Wellbeing or willingness to work toward one.
• Right to work in New Zealand (essential).
