We have an opportunity for a full-time permanentCommunications Advisor to join our Auckland (airport) based team.
This role is responsible for providing day to daycommunications support and advice to the business, managing communicationschannels and supporting the wider Communications team to deliver theircommunications plan, as well as supporting the delivery of activities to driveengagement and culture internally.
This includes taking ownership of our intranet,social media pages, website and sponsorship programme, as well as supportingthe business to deliver a wide range of communications activities internallyand externally.
You’ll be part of a team that are responsible forprotecting and enhancing the reputation of Airways, responding to media queries,developing activation plans to support key initiatives within the business and supportingthe delivery of proactive media engagement, events and corporate reporting.
This is a broad spectrum role in a small team sothere is plenty of opportunity to use your existing skills and develop newones. We have a strong focus on development and are looking for someone withstrong skills and a desire to grow.

To be successful you will be someone who has theability to work across a range of projects, channels and topics simultaneously,managing priorities and deadlines, and engaging with stakeholders across allparts of the business.
In particular we are interested in people with goodmedia management experience with New Zealand business media. Experience incrisis management will be considered favourably.
Previous experience in aviation, Government or SOE,or an operational environment is desirable but not essential.
