The Eden Park Trust is seeking a highly organised Commercial Support & Experiences Coordinator to join the Commercial team in Auckland. You will support day-to-day operations of the Commercial team and help deliver Eden Park’s Experiences portfolio.

The Eden Park Trust is seeking a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Commercial Support & Experiences Coordinator to join our Commercial team.
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial, with a dotted-line relationship to the Experiences Manager, this is a varied coordination role with two key areas of focus: supporting the day-to-day operation of the Commercial team and helping deliver Eden Park’s growing Experiences portfolio.
You will provide administrative and coordination support across commercial activity, reporting, systems, meetings, documentation and projects, while also supporting the delivery of Stadium Tours, Rooftop Walks, Staydium Glamping and other visitor, VIP and commercial experiences.

Provide proactive day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the General Manager Commercial, including diary and inbox management.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting papers, correspondence and other documentation.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, action registers and follow-up activities as required.
Maintain commercial records, agreements, key dates, renewals, databases and administrative systems.
Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders and other departmental administration in conjunction with Finance.
Support commercial projects and activities through scheduling, documentation, stakeholder coordination and follow-up.
Maintain accurate performance information and assist with regular reporting.
Identify practical opportunities to improve systems, processes and the way the Commercial team operates.
Support the Experiences Manager with the administration, coordination and day-to-day delivery of Eden Park Experiences.
Coordinate bookings and operational requirements for Stadium Tours, Rooftop Walks, Staydium Glamping and other visitor experiences.
Maintain booking systems, calendars, schedules and customer records.
Respond to visitor and booking enquiries promptly, professionally and to a high customer-service standard.
Coordinate Tour Guide rostering, resources, equipment and merchandise to support smooth delivery.
Support premium and bespoke experiences for corporate and VIP clients.
Assist with invoicing, vouchers, reconciliations and record-keeping for Experiences.
Prepare reporting on attendance, revenue, customer feedback and experience activity.
Support the implementation and operational coordination of new and seasonal experiences.
Support Commercial and Experiences-related events, activations, functions and hosting.
Coordinate administrative and operational requirements associated with commercial activities.
Assist with approved revenue-generating initiatives, experience packages and promotional activity.
Support pricing reviews, package development and new experience initiatives.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and refer these to the appropriate Commercial lead.
Help ensure spaces are ready and well presented for Experiences, Commercial activities and events.
Contribute ideas and practical improvements that strengthen customer experience and commercial performance.
Build positive working relationships with tourism operators, travel agents, commercial partners, suppliers and internal teams.
Coordinate bookings and enquiries from tourism operators and other external partners.
Support relationships with accommodation and hospitality providers.
Assist with familiarisation visits and relevant industry events.
Work closely with Eden Park Catering and other internal teams to support exceptional visitor and customer experiences.
Represent Eden Park professionally with all internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for a capable coordinator who is organised, adaptable and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team. You will bring a strong service mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple activities moving at once. Ideally, you’ll bring:
At least two years’ experience in administration, coordination, customer service or a similar role.
Experience providing reliable administrative and coordination support within a busy team environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
Experience maintaining records, systems, documentation and reporting information.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A confident, professional and customer-focused approach.
The ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused mindset.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, events, attractions, venues or stadiums would be an advantage.
Experience with booking or CRM systems, such as Rezdy, would be beneficial.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays as required to support events, activations and operational needs.
