Job summary
Covenant Living seeks qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. CNAs report to the nurse manager and provide daily direct care while assisting with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program, and be listed on the State Nursing Assistant Registry.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
- Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
- Reports directly to the nurse manager or licensed nurses on duty.
- Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry and dining services.
- Assists with personal care according to procedures and daily assignment.
- May be cross trained in Assisted Living.
