Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Product Manager to join our Cloud Services value stream and shape the future of Gallagher's cloud-based security solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering and commercial stakeholders to define product strategy, identify market opportunities and drive launches, sales enablement and day-to-day product activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Understanding of cloud software, SaaS or subscription models.
• Experience shaping product strategies and go-to-market approaches.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with commercial teams and sales channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with a focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, market opportunities and industry trends.
• Own product strategy, roadmaps and priorities delivering customer value and business growth.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies, including SaaS.
• Prepare business cases and analyses to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to support development and delivery.
• Support day-to-day product activities, including inquiries and feedback and improvements.
• Work with global sales teams, distributors and channel partners on launches and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
