Job summary

Vista is seeking Platform Support Specialists to provide 24/7/365 proactive technical support for Cloud, SaaS, and managed services globally. You will monitor, troubleshoot, mentor, and collaborate with teams across regions while documenting all incidents in Vista’s system.

The role requires at least two years in IT support, experience with Azure/SaaS/Cloud, SQL Server, and a IT degree or equivalent. Weekend work is required; hybrid Auckland office exposure is offered.

Qualifications

Two years or more experience in an IT support or services role.
Experience with Azure, SaaS, VMS, Cloud (preferred).
Microsoft AZ900, AZ104 (preferred).
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and networking.
Undergraduate degree in IT (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7/365 proactive technical support and incident management.
Identify incidents via platform monitoring and resolve them.
Mentor and train new staff.
Collaborate with Vista teams globally to resolve incidents.
Record all support details in Vista’s issue system.
Be available on rotation for after-hours support.
Travel domestically or internationally.
