Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is seeking a clinical unit administrator for the Whakatane Maternity Unit. This position is part time, 16 hours per week, working rostered shifts ranging from 07:00-15:30 & 11:30-20:00. This position provides front of house administrative care to our hapu patients and their whanau in the community. Attention to detail, a high level of initiative, good organisational and communication skills are key components to the role. The position requires you to work closely with patients and clinical staff. Therefore, you will need to be comfortable building rapport with various people and be a trusted and respectful staff member.
The team works on a rotating roster. You will support all clinical, non-clinical staff and patients within the service. This is a varied role that requires a high level of attention to detail. This is reception-based role in Whakatane Hospital Maternity Unit.
