Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora invites applications for a part-time Clinical Unit Administrator role at Whakatane Hospital Maternity Unit. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail.
• Patient information systems and medical terminology knowledge.
• Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide front of house administrative care to hapu patients and whanau in the Whakatane Hospital Maternity Unit.
• Support all clinical and non-clinical staff and patients within the service.
• Reception-based role in Whakatane Hospital Maternity Unit.
