Job summary

The Ultimate Care Group Limited in Northland is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Services Manager to lead the clinical workforce and support the Care Home Manager.

This senior role requires a nurse with NZ Senior RN experience, NZ RN APC, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to residents in rest home, hospital, and dementia settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years NZ Senior RN experience.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as Clinical Manager.
• Valid NZ RN APC with no limitations.
• Inspire staff to create a high-performance culture.
• Commercially competent coach and leader, able to embrace IT systems with planning and organisational management.
• InterRAI trained is advantageous.
• Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and management, working closely with the Facilities Manager.
• Group support is provided to set you up to be successful and includes a Clinical Advisor.
• Group within which you would be an active participant.
• Experience a wide variety of clinical challenges.
• Interact with Nursing staff, families, allied health professionals and develop long-term relationships with Residents.

ALDEN RANBURN | CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced senior clinical professional with a passion not only for aged care but also for leading a team to deliver exceptional care.

Alden is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 20 residential facilities throughout New Zealand, including Alden Ranburn, who have been part of the coastal community of Waipū, Northland, for the past 20 years.

THE POSITION

This is a significant leadership position supporting the Care Home Manager by leading the clinical workforce. Your normal working days will be Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• As Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and management, working closely with the Facilities Manager.
• Group support is provided to set you up to be successful and includes a Clinical Advisor
• Group within which you would be an active participant.
