Job summary

Frontline Health in Auckland is seeking a Care Home Manager to lead a newly built aged care facility, delivering exceptional resident care with operational, clinical and people leadership. You will ensure safety, quality and service excellence across hospital and dementia units.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive budgeting, workforce planning, community relations and continuous improvement, guiding a dedicated team with APC and clinical background.

Qualifications

• NZ Nurse Registration with a current APC.
• Experience leading teams in aged care, health or related sectors.
• Experience with hospital-level and dementia care.
• Strong budgeting, quality management and clinical risk oversight.
• Warm, collaborative leadership and excellent communication.

About the Role:

We are looking for companionate, confident Care Home Manager for an aged care a facility in central Auckland. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will provide operational, clinical and people leadership to ensure residents receive excellent care in our hospital care and dementia care units. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the facility, providing focused leadership to achieve agreed business and financial objectives. With a clinical background and a current APC, you will also work with clinical management to ensure the provision of safe clinical support, leadership and accountability as you lead a dedicated and passionate team.
