Job summary

Alden Oakland in Tauranga is seeking a NZ-registered RN for a permanent full-time role across a 24/7 roster. You will deliver high-quality clinical care and work with the Clinical Services Manager, caregivers, residents and families to ensure safety, comfort and dignity.

Key duties include assessing residents, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, monitoring wellbeing and guiding the caregiving team.

Qualifications

• NZ-registered RN with current APC
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Confident communication and teamwork approach
• InterRAI experience (preferred)

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality clinical care
